One agent against a portal with ten thousand listings
Someone looking for a house on Crete starts at a portal, scrolls through hundreds of listings that all look the same, and has nobody to ask. A single agent cannot win on volume. The site had to win on the two things a portal cannot do: a short, honest selection, and one person who answers.
Answer the buyer's questions before they are asked
Price, size, rooms, which village, how far the sea is and what a month would actually cost: all of it on the page, in the results and in the listing, with nothing held back behind a form. The form is for arranging a viewing, not for seeing the price.
Search that forgives the way people type
One box takes a village spelt the way it sounds, a property number, or a sentence like a house with a pool, in Hebrew or in English. The filters, the sorting and the map view all live in the address, so a search can be pasted into a message and opens exactly as it was left.
The listing page answers first and asks second
Photographs, the facts in one line, what is nearby, a monthly cost estimate whose deposit, rate and term the visitor can move, and a map that shows the area rather than the front door: the exact address is given when a viewing is arranged. The ways to call, to write and to save the property stay beside the page as it scrolls.
Every page exists before anyone asks for it
Every property, every article and every page of the catalogue is written as HTML when the site is built, so a search engine is handed the title, the description and the cards without running a line of JavaScript. The link that brings more properties is a real page with a number, not a button that works only for a visitor already inside.

The seller gets a route of their own
A seller is not browsing. They want to know what the property is worth and who will handle it, so the selling page sets out what is included, step by step, and ends in a request for a valuation. In the published demo the forms run from end to end and then say plainly that nothing was sent.
Outcome
A real-estate site that holds a catalogue, a map, property pages, a journal and both sides of the business, buying and selling. It is published as a working demo: the agency, the agent and every listing in it are invented, and the site says so in its own footer. What is built is ready to take a real agency's listings, details and inbox.
